The origin of Mother Nature with Agi Berecz S1:E9

The origin of Mother Nature with Agi Berecz

Agi Berecz, from Hungary, is one of the main creators and founders of the Mother nature Project. She lives with her two girls of 7 and 9 in a small village in the mountains near Budapest.

The biggest part of her work at the moment is the coordination of the 2nd MN project together with her colleagues from all over Europe.

She is spreading the results of the 1st MN project by leading a cycle of 6 meetings for mothers using the Mother’s journey methodology and training other women to lead these courses.

She also works independently as a coach trained in integral psychology leading conversations to support her clients with everyday issues

She is also really passionate about Eco-Therapy and is following a training to be able to lead groups and individuals in order to create a relationship with the Nature around them.

She is a forest bathing guide combining this methodology with the framework of Deep Ecology from Joana Macy.

In this episode we talk about all you wanted to always know about the MN project:

  • The vision and creation of the Mother Nature project

  • the power and wisdom of the 42 cards

  • the Mother Nature  journey methodology

  • the struggle and strength of being a single mother.
