Training courses subscription
If you sign up for a training course, we use the personal data you type in the form to reply to you, send you information about the course, to select participants, to make logistic choices concerning the training course (food and accommodation) and for all administrative uses.
The data controller is Agnes Berecz, president of Pandora Association (Pandora Egyesület, 1165 Budapest Sasvár utca 99 / C), the direct beneficiary of the Erasmus + funding for the Mother Nature project. The data are also shared with other people who are part of the Mother Nature team, belonging to Mother Nature's partnership (see the page People and Organizations) and with those involved in the logistics of the training courses, when this is needed to provide an adequate organisation.
You can write to Agnes for any communication and request (including cancellation request) related to your data: pandoraegyesulet@gmail.com.
The data is stored electronically on a document that we keep on our Google Drive account; we do not give them away or sell them to anyone who wants to send you messages.
Information on other courses
If you have already applied or attended one of our training courses, if you have given us your consent we will send you messages to inform you of other courses that may interest you. Of course, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of each message.
Using the Contact form
If you write to us using the contact form on this website, we will use your data to reply to you and send you the information you have requested. If in the message you ask us to keep you updated on our upcoming activities, we will insert your email address in our database, and we will send you information about our courses and other upcoming events.
The data you send are stored in our database (a Google document saved on our Google Drive account) for five years: the minimum time required by the Erasmus + funding for the existence of the Mother Nature project. You can ask to know what data we store and request its modification or cancellation at any time by writing to pandoraegyesulet@gmail.com.
