ABOUT RUTH CATO

Ruth is a shamanic practitioner working with bringing back the ancient wisdom of the land we walk upon. Focusing on empowerment and healing so we can find and use our gifts in the world. She works with groups of women and 1:1 clients both in person and online. Her Year Long Shamanic Initiation is extremely popular being named one of the top 5 healing retreats in the world by Kindred Spirit Magazine this year. Ruth works from the borders between Shropshire & Herefordshire on the English & Welsh border. The liminal space between places is a place she feels most vibrant.
